- Grilled Lobster Tails
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 8 minutes
Depending on how many party guests you will have, here is what you will need: lobster tails, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, fresh dill and salt.
Firstly, preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Then, rinse the lobster tails, pat them dry and cut them in half. Add the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix them all together. Take a small pastry brush and use it to apply the mixture onto the lobster tails. After this, place the lobster tails onto the grill and let them cook for 7-8 minutes. When they are done, remove from heat and serve them with a dipping sauce.
- Scallops with Cherry Tomatoes
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 12 minutes
What you will need: sea scallops, cherry tomatoes, lemon, olive oil, Dijon mustard and salt.
Scallops are a shellfish that can be prepared many different ways. One of our favorite recipes is a simple dish of Scallops prepared with Cherry Tomatoes. First, you can start to grate the lemon peel and squeeze out some juice. Then, take a small bowl and mix the lemon peel and juice with the rest of the ingredients (olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt). Apply some of the mixture onto the scallops and tomatoes and place them on the grill. They should be ready after 10-12 minutes.
- Grilled Shrimp with Grapefruit and Avocado Salad
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes
What you will need: shrimp, grapefruit, avocado, Dijon mustard, fresh lime juice, olive oil, arugula, butter lettuce, sea salt, crushed red pepper.
Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Mix olive oil, sea salt and crushed red pepper into a bowl, then toss the shrimp with the mixture. Place the shrimp on the grill and let it cook until it becomes pink (1 minute on each side). After the shrimp is done cooking, you can start to make the salad. First, cut the grapefruit and squeeze out the juice. Then mix the Dijon mustard with the fresh lime juice, the grapefruit juice, olive oil, red pepper and salt. Lastly, place the butter lettuce, arugula and avocado in a bowl, then add the shrimp and the mixture.
